How FocusGlyph works (30 seconds)
Tiny rules. Big focus.
1) Start on “1”
The timer starts the moment you tap 1 correctly.
2) Tap in order
Go 1 → 2 → 3… all the way to the end.
3) Avoid mis-taps
Mis-taps add +0.75s and shake the grid.
Simple strategy tips
FocusGlyph looks like pure speed, but the fastest runs are usually about calm scanning and clean movement. If you find yourself hesitating, slow down a touch, reduce errors, then speed up once the pattern feels automatic.
Use a consistent scan pattern
Try scanning left to right, top to bottom, like reading. Your eyes learn the rhythm, you stop searching randomly, and the next number pops out faster.
Think in chunks, not single numbers
Many players do better when they group numbers mentally, for example 1 to 5, then 6 to 10, then 11 to 15. It reduces cognitive load and keeps your attention steady.
Prioritise accuracy early
The penalty makes mis-taps expensive, especially in short runs. Aim for a clean first half, then push speed once your hand and eyes are locked in.
If you want a tougher focus challenge, try Hard mode, keep your eyes on the grid, keep your taps deliberate, and let speed come as a side effect of smoothness.
